What I'm looking for

I’m looking for API integration support and technical support roles where I can onboard partners end-to-end, troubleshoot API issues, guide documentation, and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth, timely implementations.

I’m an API Integration Support Specialist with a strong foundation in Product Design and technical coordination. Since 2024, I’ve acted as the liaison between partners and the integration engineer—troubleshooting non-complex API issues in Postman, guiding partners through documentation, validating payloads, and ensuring smooth onboarding through kickoff meetings, walkthroughs, and go-live support.

Before this, I supported design sprints and co-design workshops at Kwik, conducted UX research, and helped maintain a Design Language System for web and mobile applications. I bring stakeholder-ready communication, clear meeting facilitation with follow-ups, and cross-functional collaboration—so integration delivery stays timely, accurate, and aligned across engineering, operations, and business teams.
