What I'm looking for

I’m moving into technical support, implementation, and customer success roles, where my product and API background can help customers succeed.

At Zemio Labs Ltd., I integrate RESTful APIs into cross-platform React Native apps and work with backend teams to validate and troubleshoot API-driven features. I also diagnose performance and behavior issues on Android and iOS.

At Redivivis, I implemented React Query for API data fetching and caching, improving team efficiency by 30%. I also built web applications with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Across my frontend roles, I’ve tested API behavior with Postman and Swagger UI, diagnosed authentication and server errors, and reproduced issues across browsers and devices. I’m moving into technical support, implementation, and customer success roles, bringing a software product and API background to help customers succeed.
