I’m a Senior Technical Consultant with 7+ years of experience supporting core banking systems, financial operations, and API integrations in production environments. I help teams keep payments and accounting accurate through strong transaction posting, double-entry accounting, reconciliation, and auditability.
At Neptune Software Group, I’ve led technical support for live core banking operations—owning incident triage and resolution by diagnosing issues across configuration, data integrity, integration failures, and platform defects. I validate transaction postings, balances, and audit trails, and investigate failed, delayed, duplicated, and reversed transactions to protect financial accuracy and operational risk.
I’m also hands-on with API troubleshooting and integration reliability, analyzing requests/responses and logs while bridging client engineering teams with internal product and engineering. Beyond support, I built a Core Banking Integration API using FastAPI to simulate transaction flows and account operations, and earlier roles included application support and systems/incident leadership across multiple West African projects.
