I build reliable IT infrastructure and grow B2B sales pipelines across international markets.
SerbiaWhat I'm looking for
I'm currently supporting IT environments at Resolve IT, handling first-level support, network design, infrastructure planning, Active Directory administration, and Office 365 migrations.
I maintain servers, install patches, manage licenses and devices, and work with Veeam, Fortigate, NinjaOne, TeamViewer, Exchange, and Windows Server.
Previously, I supported Lufthansa passengers through complex flight disruptions and reservations, and grew outbound sales pipelines for Hey Growth and Amiy in the DACH market using targeted multi-channel outreach.
