Djordje Jovic

I am an IT support specialist with a degree from the College of Applied Technical Sciences in Niš and more than four years of progressive experience at Better Collective and other vendors. I began in helpdesk roles and advanced to administering networks, managing access, and configuring Windows and macOS workstations.

My hands-on experience includes Windows Active Directory, NinjaOne, Kandji, Bitdefender, Cisco Meraki, Atlassian, Admin By Request, and Google Administration, and I have implemented software solutions for payments, inventory and operational workflows while collaborating directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

I am continuously expanding my skill set into Linux administration and virtualization, and I bring strengths in problem identification and resolution, testing and deploying software, vendor management, and delivering practical, user-focused IT solutions.
