At NCR, I provide L1/L2 desktop support for Windows endpoints and peripherals, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.

I manage user accounts and access through Active Directory and Microsoft 365, supporting secure onboarding and offboarding. I also install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and business applications.

I handle ticket triage, prioritization, escalation, user communication, and documentation. I maintain hardware and software inventory, track device lifecycle and licensing, and support device deployment and decommissioning.

Previously, as a Helpdesk Representative at NCR, I resolved incidents involving hardware, Windows, Office applications, connectivity, and printing. I've maintained knowledge-base documentation, mentored new team members, and built PowerShell scripts and process improvements that reduced average resolution time.
