I am an early-career journalist and customer service professional with hands-on experience in reporting, sales, and front-desk operations. I hold a B.Sc. in Mass Communication and have completed internships and short-term roles in broadcasting, print journalism, and client-facing positions.

I have contributed to news gathering, scripting, pitching stories, fact-checking, and community engagement at Ebonyi Broadcasting Corporation and The Voice Newspaper, helping reduce staff workload while improving interpersonal communication skills.

More recently, I delivered strong customer service and scheduling expertise at a Lagos beauty clinic, managed high inquiry volumes, and exceeded sales targets in a telecommunications role during NYSC—demonstrating reliability, time management, and ICT proficiency.
