I am a seasoned Technical QA Analyst with over 10 years of hands-on experience delivering quality across web, mobile, insurance, retail data migration, CRM, API, and ERP systems. I prioritize quality-first approaches and process optimization to ensure reliable product delivery.

I design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans, and build automation frameworks using Playwright, Appium, Selenium and Robot Framework. I have implemented CI/CD-integrated quality processes and regularly report product quality metrics using tools like JIRA.
