What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a customer-facing, retail, warehouse, or service role where I can provide professional support, learn new systems, contribute to team objectives, and maintain high standards of customer service.

I've supported customer-facing retail and service operations at JD Sports and Paradise Cove, helping customers browse, find alternative sizes, place orders, and receive friendly, professional service.

At AO, I received and inspected goods, organised stock, picked and packed orders, prepared dispatches, and completed stock counts. I worked closely with colleagues and supervisors to maintain accurate inventory records, safe working practices, and smooth warehouse operations.

I'm confident handling customer enquiries, maintaining clear documentation, prioritising workloads, and learning new systems quickly. I bring a calm, solutions-focused approach, strong attention to detail, and a positive team mindset.
