I'm looking for remote technical project or implementation leadership roles where I can deliver reliable, safety-critical technology solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and improve operational performance.

At ATECMIN, I lead up to five concurrent alerting, automation, signaling, and operational safety projects for mining, energy, and industrial clients. I turn operational requirements into executable scopes, design criteria, bills of materials, Gantt schedules, and technical and commercial proposals.

Previously at Open World Latam, I led reliability and remote support for SmartCap, a critical operational safety control. I supervised a six-person team, managed more than 2,000 Jira incidents with SLA compliance above 99%, reduced MTTR by approximately 20%, and reduced repeat failures by about 15%.

My background in electronic engineering, control engineering, process automation, field deployment, and incident analysis helps me coordinate teams, vendors, and stakeholders from planning through commissioning and closeout.
