What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead scalable HR operations and transformation initiatives where I can improve employee experience, build talent pipelines, use analytics and automation, and partner with senior leaders on workforce strategy.

At Amazon Global Transfer Services, I led a team of more than 50 people across Europe, India, and Costa Rica, supporting domestic and international employee transfers across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

I managed global restructures that resolved 97% of transfers within five days—7.4% above target—while reducing operational headcount by 51%. I also led transitions of English-based services to the Philippines, reducing costs by more than 50%.

I built scalable HR service delivery through automation, policy operationalization, KPI and SLA reporting, cross-training, and HR analytics. My employee engagement program increased engagement scores by 12 points, and I launched performance management across five global sites.

Previously at Capgemini, I managed 30 professionals across the Nordic region and delivered talent strategy, capacity planning, forecasting, onboarding, predictive analytics, automation, and continuous-improvement initiatives. I bring 13 years of HR experience backed by an MBA in Human Resource Management and Six Sigma training.
