I am a hands-on production and operations leader who transitioned 24 years of entrepreneurial experience running an independent glass art business into supervised rosin production in an OLCC-licensed facility.

Over two decades I managed design, production, sales, marketing, client relations, finances, inventory, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance—demonstrating strong operational judgment and resourcefulness.

More recently, I supervised production staff, trained new hires in extraction and handling techniques, maintained regulatory records, and implemented quality-control and inventory workflows that supported facility output goals.

I bring a goal-oriented, efficiency-focused approach, quick adaptability to new processes and tools, and a proven ability to lead teams while ensuring compliance and product quality.
