What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on cultivation or operations role where I can lead teams, improve processes, manage production and inventory, and grow into broader management responsibilities within a collaborative, safety-focused company.

I am a dedicated Lead Cultivator who oversaw production at Curaleaf, monitoring team progress, enforcing deadlines, and documenting materials to optimize workflows and ensure safety. I developed staffing strategies, provided training, and used clear communication to meet production goals.
