Oversaw daily shelter intake and operations, supervising and training staff to run HMIS intakes while providing safe oversight for 100–148 participants nightly. Coordinated external contractors/providers, filed city services and critical incident reports, and coordinated with Portland Street Response, Fire & Rescue, EMTs, and the Portland Police Bureau as needed.

Managed promotion and operations including trade show participation, web design/maintenance, supply purchasing, vendor/manufacturer relationships, and order fulfillment.

Booked artists and managed promotions for concerts and events across the Gulf Coast, handling artist riders, scheduling, and promotion coordination. Managed permits, event insurance, hired security/staff, coordinated sponsors and vendors, and planned crowd logistics such as port-a-lets and sanitation schedules.

Served as Shelter Co-Lead, coordinating daily shelter setup and managing intake and support for participants and staff. Liaised with laundry contractors for pickup/delivery and ensured shelter operations ran to company standards.

Earned an associate degree in Political Science in 2010.
