What I'm looking for

I seek a manufacturing leadership role where I can apply process improvement, team development, and hands-on troubleshooting in a safety-focused, quality-driven environment.

I am a results-oriented manufacturing supervisor with extensive hands-on experience in high-speed production, equipment maintenance, and process improvement. I leverage Lean and Six Sigma techniques, SAP inventory knowledge, and ISO-based quality practices to reduce waste and maintain product integrity.

I have led teams of 15–40+ direct reports across finishing, production, and equipment technician roles, trained and hired staff, authored SOPs, and managed payroll and inventory tasks using ADP and Microsoft Office tools. I collaborate closely with engineering and management to troubleshoot equipment and ensure customer requirements are met.

My background includes electrical engineering technology training, completion of Manager Boot Camp and OSHA 30, and practical skills in press and welder troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance—bringing a safety-first, process-driven approach to manufacturing operations.
