At Green Circle Growers, I help manage the movement of more than 5.8 million orchids through growing and production stages. I progressed from General Labor to Crew Leader, Grower Technician, and Grower Process Lead through performance, reliability, leadership, and process knowledge.

I coordinate employees and production lines, create work assignments across computer systems, maintain inventory data, and monitor finished orchids for quality and presentation. I also troubleshoot workflow and equipment issues involving track pipes, production tables, trains, rollerban systems, and drive wheels.

Previously, I supported customers and financial transactions at Check Smart Financial, including payment processing, account verification, cash counts, collections, and customer concerns. I also managed produce operations at IGA Crossroads, supervising employees, ordering inventory, scheduling staff, and tracking waste and expenses.

My background includes high-volume automotive manufacturing and restaurant operations, where I built strong quality, inventory, cash-handling, customer service, and team coordination skills. I'm currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
