At Camo Crew, I managed company-wide recruiting and hiring, hired approximately 35 employees, and rebuilt the service department after significant turnover. I also handled onboarding and core HR administration.

In 2026, I expanded into interim marketing leadership, onboarding and managing marketing personnel and partnering on Facebook advertising that generated approximately $13,000 in first-week revenue.

At Kraussel Applications, I led HR and digital marketing strategy for small businesses. I also founded Backyard Sports Association LLC, which I continue to lead, and previously worked on Agile transformation and digital solution initiatives at Accenture.
