At Backyard Products, I lead HR strategy for a national manufacturing and installation company spanning 23 states, 39 locations, U.S. and Canadian employees, and a large independent-contractor workforce. I guide acquisition integration, HR restructuring, performance management, benefits, and employee communications as part of the Executive Leadership Team.

Previously, at Virginia Tile Company, I helped support 100% revenue growth from 2020–2022 with 16% fewer employees while leading HR for 400 employees across 12 states. My culture and engagement work contributed to a 90% Intent to Stay rating and a 6% year-over-year turnover reduction in most categories.

I’ve built HR functions from the ground up at American Expedition Vehicles and led complex employee relations, compliance, and union matters at The Observer & Eccentric Newspapers. I bring a people-first, operationally disciplined approach to creating clear systems, stronger communication, and workplaces where employees can perform and grow.
