I’m looking for a role where I can lead shifts, drive sales through great customer service, and handle operations confidently—using my event coordination, communication, and problem-solving to help guests and teams succeed.

I’m a hospitality professional with hands-on assistant management experience, strong sales performance, and a focus on guest satisfaction. As a lead, I handle daily opening/closing, coordinated catering and events, work with vendors, manage and ensure staffing and inventory are ready for each shift.

I also bring reliable communication and leadership to every interaction—using phone, emails, texts, and internal direct messages to solve problems and support my team. Currently, I lead breakfast service by delivering timely service, opening/closing shifts, coordinating in-house events while working closely with the sales team.
