I’m an entry-level professional who brings strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to fast-paced restaurant environments. As an Assistant Manager at The Mason Jar Tavern, I prepare opening shifts, maintain server reporting through a daily spreadsheet, and support smooth closing by cashing out staff, verifying safe counts, and ensuring the dining room is ready for the next day.

I also strengthen the guest experience by helping with menu questions and resolving complaints about service or food quality using refunds and/or gift cards. I train new employees on menu items, serving processes, and the Toast system, while using my attention to detail and multitasking ability to handle multiple customers confidently; I’m also familiar with Excel for paperwork and shift-related payment tasks.
