I'm currently directing end-to-end IT support operations for HLL Lifecare Ltd. across AIIMS Gorakhpur and 46 regional districts, helping maintain system availability and operational stability across decentralized locations.
I oversee infrastructure deployment, server and desktop support, network troubleshooting, software applications, and peripheral network assets. I've also built MS Excel MIS dashboards for asset tracking, ticket turnaround-time audits, and operational performance validation.
Previously, at HCL Comnet and HCL Technologies, I owned critical internal portals in DMZ environments, supported SAP migration and hosting readiness, and worked with enterprise monitoring tools through the MTaaS team. I also supervised third-party technical integrations, including GPS vendor infrastructure, into core enterprise architecture.
