What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a customer support role in chat support, BPO, call centre, or non-voice processes. I’m open to office, remote, or hybrid work and any shift.

Through KYP – Kushal Yuva Program, I completed 120+ hours of customer support training focused on live chat interactions, digital communication, and workplace ethics. I practiced handling 3–4 simultaneous chat sessions while using Zendesk and LiveChat for ticket management, query logging, and escalation routing.

At LNMU University – English Department, I authored academic reports and written analyses in professional English, and improved my organizational efficiency by 20% through structured task prioritization. I’m seeking a customer support chat process role where I can apply my training in query resolution, FCR, and SLA-based response protocols.
