What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role in an organization where I can add value through my skills and capabilities while growing professionally in an environment that supports future achievements.

I've led quality, operations, training, and hotel-improvement initiatives for Travellers Beach Resorts, Go Nexus Group at Royalton Trelawny, Sandals Dunn's River, and Zoëtry Montego Bay Jamaica. I develop standard operating procedures, deliver training, conduct audits, monitor KPIs, and turn guest and staff feedback into action plans.

My background also includes HR information systems and administrative support at the Western Regional Health Authority, where I maintained personnel records, databases, and reports. I'm a native English speaker with intermediate Spanish, currently pursuing a degree in Tourism.
