I'm looking to lead innovation, growth, and strategic transformation initiatives where I can build new business lines, scale cross-sector ecosystems, and work with leadership teams on high-impact international projects.

I've spent 19+ years building growth strategies, innovation ecosystems, and transformation initiatives across Europe and the Middle East. At Baliera, I lead growth strategy, new service development, and executive relationships across corporations and public institutions.

At Barrabes.biz, I drove sustained annual growth above 10%, expanded international operations, and built innovation capabilities. I also led the Spanish Sports Innovation Ecosystem, engaging 80+ stakeholders, managing a 25+ person team, achieving all project KPIs, and exceeding budget targets by 20%.

I've launched innovation hubs, startup calls, and real-world pilots, including Madrid in Motion and 15 sustainable-mobility projects in Madrid.
