Promoted from Operations Manager to Partnerships Manager and then Director within 14 months, leading operational planning and partnerships for Eshe’s Kenya country office. Managed partnerships with 18+ institutions, directed 10+ women’s health webinars, and supported menstrual health education and sanitary towel distribution.

Built Eshe’s partnership pipeline from the ground up by identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. Acted as the primary partner point of contact across Kenya and Nigeria and represented Eshe at networking events and partnership meetings.
