What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a procurement/supply chain leadership role where I can own strategy, improve process efficiency, and deliver measurable cost savings. I want a fast-paced environment that values data-driven decisions, strong governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

I’m a procurement and supply chain leader who turns complex, multi-site challenges into actionable strategies. In my current role as Head of Procurement, I lead enterprise-wide sourcing, vendor governance, and supply chain execution across 9 active project sites with an annual procurement portfolio exceeding KES 2.8B.

I establish group-wide procurement frameworks—approval matrices and vendor governance systems across multiple business units—to strengthen compliance visibility and risk controls. I also drive strategic sourcing and contract negotiations across 120+ vendors, delivering 12–18% cost savings while ensuring continuity of supply through a structured full vendor lifecycle.

Previously, as Supply Chain Manager, I managed a team of 25 and a quarterly budget of Ksh850M to improve affordability and execution across 10 sites. I led procurement data migration and ERP transformations, reducing downtime by 20%, improving forecasting accuracy by 25%, and increasing efficiency through demand forecasting models, inventory improvements, and Lean Six Sigma.

I bring a continuous-improvement mindset—Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and Kaizen-led workflow refinement—to reduce stock outs, minimize excess inventory exposure, and improve delivery timelines. I’m also hands-on in stakeholder engagement, including partnering with government agencies and regulators to secure approvals and ensure statutory compliance.
