I’m looking for a customer-service leadership role where I can coach teams, resolve escalations, strengthen service quality, and drive KPI performance through continuous process improvement and clear SOPs.

I’m a customer-centric Service Leader with 8+ years of experience driving service excellence, resolving escalated issues, and leading high-performance teams across logistics, banking, and travel. I’m known for improving customer satisfaction and streamlining operations by implementing service standards, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring consistent KPI delivery.
