I’m looking for a role where I can combine software development with data and research—building reliable features, improving workflows, and using analytical problem-solving. I thrive in fast learning environments with strong collaboration.

I’m a Computer Engineering student with experience across research, customer service, sales, and administrative support. I build strong customer relationships through professional communication and maintain accurate records using CRM software.

In my work experience, I worked independently to meet performance targets, handled scheduling and administrative duties, and responded to phone calls and emails professionally. I also maintained confidential records and coordinated daily administrative tasks.

My technical work includes a Flight Booking Management System where I developed backend functionality using PHP, designed and managed database operations, and resolved functional issues through debugging and validation. I’ve also worked on customer order management and research projects, conducting system analysis and documenting workflow improvements.

From leadership and project work, I focus on database management through strong debugging and troubleshooting, systematic defect identification, analytical thinking, and quality-focused documentation. I collaborate with teams, stay organized under pressure, and communicate my findings clearly in reports and presentations.
