At Rimes Technologies, I work with data pipelines for the BDS product, supporting data processing and job execution. I build and maintain pipelines for structured data systems and investigate job failures through root cause analysis.
I joined Rimes Technologies as a Graduate Analyst, rotating across Implementation, Data, Performance, and CMS teams. I supported data projects from ingestion to delivery, performed data quality checks, and investigated project issues.
For my MSc dissertation at National Technical University of Athens, I built and evaluated machine-learning models to predict airline passenger satisfaction; Random Forest performed best. I also used feature selection and SHAP values to identify key factors, including in-flight Wi-Fi and ease of online boarding.
