What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity to build practical experience in talent management, recruitment, and training while contributing creativity, teamwork, and long-term commitment to the company.

I'm building my HR career through recruitment and HR administration internships at Karofi Group and Dai-ichi Life. I manage job postings, CV sourcing, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment status updates.

At Karofi, I prepare job descriptions, search CVs on VietnamWorks, post roles across TopCV, Joboko, Facebook, Zalo, and Threads, and support onboarding to reduce candidate drop-off. I also join interviews and coordinate feedback with department heads.

At Dai-ichi Life, I supported both recruitment and administration, including candidate reporting, document preparation, internal communications, event coordination, attendance tracking, and payroll for the team. I'm motivated to keep learning practical talent management, recruitment, and training skills.
