What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an HR Administration role where I can support recruitment, employee records, payroll coordination, and internal activities while growing in a professional, efficient workplace and contributing long term.

I've supported HR and administration at Lammane Bakery, managing end-to-end recruitment, attendance and leave tracking, payroll support, employee records, contracts, and office operations.

At ECOIT, I maintained personnel and administrative records, coordinated recruitment postings and candidate screening, supported preliminary interviews, and helped organize internal events and communications.

I've also gained recruitment experience with Tín Nghĩa, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, tracking hiring progress, and preparing recruitment reports. I'm building my career in HR administration and recruitment.
