At Concentrix, I worked as an HR Recruitment Specialist, handling recruitment from candidate sourcing and CV screening through interview coordination and follow-up with candidates who accepted offers.

I managed candidate data, tracked recruitment progress, and prepared reports. I also sourced candidates through online recruitment channels and social media.

As a Customer Care Intern at Maico Group, I supported quotation preparation and customer record management, and updated and checked data in Excel and CRM. I studied Financial Management at Đại học Nông Lâm and completed a graduation project on how TikTok content influences Gen Z product discovery and purchase decisions in Ho Chi Minh City.
