What I'm looking for

I seek a corporate HR role applying recruitment and foreign-employee compliance expertise, contributing to HR operations and employer branding, and growing toward a managerial position while developing language skills.

I am an HR Specialist experienced in managing recruitment, onboarding, and compliance for foreign employees at HUK Montessori Education. I develop quarterly and annual HR reports, source and interview candidates, handle immigration and labor documentation, and supervise foreign-staff performance.

I draw on recruitment, HR administration, employer branding, and internal communications experience from roles at VIETRAVEL and GHN, plus content and community management work. I hold a Business Administration degree (University of Greenwich Vietnam) and aim to grow into HR management while expanding language skills and pursuing a master's.
