I'm currently supporting Flipkart customers through Startek's voice process as an Operations Executive and Customer Support Executive.

I've also handled English and Hindi customer calls as a Virtual Customer Support Executive at Amazon. Earlier, I spent one year as a Data Entry Operator with Nageshwara Charitable Trust, maintaining SHG data and records for NABARD's E-Shakti project.

I'm pursuing an MBA in HR Management at Barkatullah University, building on my B.Sc. education from Raja Shankar Shah University.

I'm a dedicated, hard-working, quick learner who wants to use my skills to improve company productivity and reputation while gaining further experience.
