At Commvault, I own technical relationships and escalations for enterprise accounts, coordinating Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex issues. I also lead executive business reviews and provide guidance on data protection, cloud migration, and infrastructure modernization.
At VMware, I managed executive-sponsored customer engagements across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. I led enterprise migration strategies and worked through technical issues during live migrations to VMware Cloud on AWS and hybrid cloud environments.
My customer engagements included migrations for ADP, SGAD, and Carbonite, as well as HCX work for Orange, Safaricom, AIB, and Oxford University. Earlier, at Dell EMC, I handled high-severity data protection cases through root cause and resolution, and mentored engineers on troubleshooting and case handling.
