What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help enterprise customers adopt and get lasting value from SaaS and technology products, combining account management with technical problem solving, implementations, process improvement, and opportunities to grow customer relationships.

I've supported enterprise customers at Harris Computer Canada and Dynatouch, managing technical questions, account needs, software upgrades, implementations, and issue resolution from initial report through completion.

I translate customer requirements into practical solutions, prepare SOWs, proposals, and contracts, and identify opportunities for additional products, services, and account expansion.

My technical foundation spans SaaS, enterprise applications, AWS, Azure, APIs, Salesforce/CRM, IT infrastructure, security, networking, and databases. I've also built troubleshooting documentation and knowledge-base materials that help teams resolve recurring issues more efficiently.

Earlier IT support and systems administration roles with ADT Canada, Kuzco Lighting, Vancouver Film School, Honda Canada, COBS Bread, Acrodex, and IT Alliance Group strengthened my experience in customer support, cloud migration, security awareness, infrastructure, and enterprise operations.
