I’m looking to work as a Fractional CTO or Head of Engineering to own architecture and delivery quality, lead remote teams, and ship AI-augmented product systems with strong governance, clear documentation, and stakeholder-ready reporting.

I’m a Fractional CTO and embedded technical partner focused on architecture, delivery quality, and engineering leadership. I’ve led technology strategy, hiring, cross-team communication, and roadmap execution across WordPress-to-React modernization, member portals, and Python services for a US DTC brand recognized by INC Magazine and used by 500,000+ users.

As CEO & Founder of OmniStreak, I built a remote engineering practice from nothing, with documented hiring pipelines, Confluence-first engineering methods, two-week sprints, and static-check gates on every PR. I also build AI-augmented engineering leadership tools (like an internal codebase-aware AI assistant platform) and teach AI-assisted engineering, product planning, build discipline, and remote team operations.
