I am a Senior Engineering Leader & Technical Coach with over 20 years of experience bridging the gap between strategic management and hands-on software architecture. My background spans building high-scale SaaS platforms (ActiveCollab), secure Fintech solutions (Skrill/Paysafe), and complex Video Streaming systems (United Cloud).

Unlike traditional managers who stepped away from the code, I maintain active technical proficiency (C#, Java, Python). I specialize in stabilizing engineering teams—reducing technical debt, implementing TDD/CI/CD, and performing deep-dive architectural refactoring on legacy monoliths.
