What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product-oriented engineering teams, scale organisations, and build impactful digital products while driving growth, technical excellence, strong processes, and alignment across business, product, and engineering.

I joined Manual as its third engineer and helped grow engineering from 3 to 80+ people while supporting products that reached more than £350M net ARR across three international markets. I built and managed cross-functional teams, set engineering strategy and quarterly OKRs, and connected business, product, and engineering priorities.

Through Soultech, I work as a software and technology consultant and fractional CTO/CPTO for international and health-tech clients. I also founded Hotspoter, where I led product, fundraising, MVP launch, go-to-market strategy, and product-market-fit validation, alongside hands-on web development with Next.js, React, Node, and WordPress.
