Throughout my career, I have developed a strong understanding of cloud and hypervisor concepts, REST API, and networking. I have worked extensively with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and have experience in deploying and troubleshooting backup software at the hypervisor level. My technical expertise is complemented by my ability to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
