At NCR Voyix, I support enterprise endpoint protection environments spanning more than 50,000 endpoints. I investigate security incidents and endpoint alerts while helping maintain operational stability and PCI compliance.
I provide Level 2 support for endpoint security, software, operating systems, and connectivity issues using WatchGuard EPDR and Zero-Trust Application Service technologies.
Previously, at M Plus, I resolved firewall, networking, and connectivity issues in a high-volume support environment. At Automatikon Handels GmbH, I delivered remote support for smart home and electrical systems, assisting field technicians and installation teams with diagnostics and integration issues.
