What I'm looking for

I seek roles focused on rights-based programme leadership, capacity strengthening, and advocacy in inclusive, feminist organisations where I can lead fundraising, policy development, and digital security for defenders.

I am a dedicated human-rights professional with extensive experience in LGBTIQ+, women’s and youth rights, grassroots organising, capacity strengthening, and digital security for human rights defenders. I have coordinated multi-stakeholder initiatives, led organisational development and fundraising efforts, and supported emerging civic organisations to improve governance, financial management and programme delivery.

I have secured significant donor funding, developed policies and training materials, and facilitated learning and advocacy at national and regional levels. I bring practical experience in monitoring, evaluation and outcomes harvesting, proposal writing, and building inclusive coalitions that amplify under-represented groups.
