What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level development role where I can apply M&E and project management skills, grow in gender and community resilience programs, and work within a collaborative, learning-focused organization.

I am a development practitioner with an MA in Development Studies and substantial experience in community-focused programming, gender mainstreaming, climate change, and sustainable rural livelihoods. I bring strong monitoring and evaluation, project management, data analysis, and reporting skills developed through formal study and hands-on practice.

Previously a teacher in the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, I excel at communication, stakeholder collaboration, negotiating, and working under pressure while handling multiple tasks. I am seeking an entry-level development role that will broaden my professional skills and offer opportunities to learn and advance in gender development, community development, and natural resource conservation.
