What I'm looking for
I’m a community development and humanitarian professional with 12+ years of experience delivering and coordinating gender equality, women’s empowerment, education, food security, and livelihoods programmes across Zimbabwe. I facilitate participatory community engagement, coordinate stakeholders and partner organizations, and drive planning, monitoring, documentation, and reporting—capturing learning and success stories to strengthen programme quality.
In my district-level roles, I support gender-transformative approaches, safeguarding compliance, and community-level risk management, working closely with vulnerable populations, adolescents, and local authorities. I also strengthen inclusion and ownership through training, mentorship, needs assessment, and safety and security mapping, while ensuring quality, accountable, and sustainable project outcomes.
