What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead strategic communications and policy advocacy for child and youth rights—working with donors and governments to strengthen digital, participation-driven programs, protect children online, and convert research and policy into clear, measurable impact.

I’m a communications and development professional with over 10 years’ experience designing, implementing, and managing non-profit initiatives across child rights, youth participation, SRHR, ending child marriage, HIV/OVC programming, climate change advocacy, and peacebuilding.

I lead strategic communications and policy advocacy at national, regional, and UN levels, partnering with international donors, governments, and youth-led movements. I’ve managed proposal writing, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and cross-platform communications—turning complex policy and technical content into clear, practical messaging.

Across my roles, I build participation structures, strengthen organisational digital systems, and improve performance through monitoring, evaluation, learning, and analytics. I’m especially driven to leverage digital tools and media to protect children online, shift harmful social norms, and expand access to SRH, mental health, HIV, and GBV services.
