As Director of Growth at Rialtic (January 2022–Present), I co-lead our first enterprise partnerships at the executive level, including a top-6 national plan ($12M ARR) and a 1M+ member regional plan ($7M ARR). I generated the first $30M in contracted ARR, grew qualified pipeline to $200M+, led RFP responses for $40M in new ARR, and designed pricing frameworks grounded in market data and client economics to align stakeholders on value realization.
Previously, I led complex enterprise sales cycles at Rhinogram (2020–2022) and managed a 9-state enterprise territory at M*Modal (2016–2020), consistently exceeding revenue targets. I’ve sold end-to-end RCM solutions—coding automation, CDI tools, and transcription workflow optimization—partnering with CFOs, HIM leaders, and Revenue Integrity executives to improve documentation quality, charge capture, cash flow, reimbursement accuracy, and denials management.
