Built a new sales channel from the ground up, scaling from 5 to 86+ consultants and growing the portfolio from €0 to €25M in annual commission revenue. Delivered sustained overachievement against target and led the channel through a ~€500M acquisition by Advent International.

Led 50-person B2B and B2B2C sales teams, consistently exceeding regional KPIs and revenue targets. Built and executed go-to-market strategies and drove digital trade-platform adoption.
