Milena Lazova
@milenalazova
I've led biotech R&D and healthcare analytics initiatives from scientific strategy through scalable workflows.
What I'm looking for
I've led cross-functional R&D initiatives at Harton Therapeutics, Ultivue, ReadCoor, and Catalog Technologies, translating scientific priorities into scalable workflows for DNA/RNA manufacturing, spatial sequencing, cancer profiling, and DNA data storage.
At ReadCoor, acquired by 10x Genomics, I drove DNA design, stabilization, and synthetic oligonucleotide manufacturing work for spatial sequencing applications, contributing to a patent on DNA nanoball stabilization chemistry. At Ultivue, I managed experimental strategy for spatial RNA detection and multiplexed immunofluorescence applications supporting translational and clinical research.
Earlier, I partnered with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients at SHYFT Analytics to implement real-world evidence analytics solutions, optimize workflows, and turn complex scientific and technical concepts into actionable client-centered strategies.
My PhD training in systems biology and postdoctoral work at MIT shaped how I lead scientific programs: collaboratively, with rigorous experimentation, clear communication, and a focus on operational reliability. I'm also committed to evidence-based maternal and women's health education and am pursuing advanced lactation education on the IBCLC pathway.
