What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead research operations and cross-functional scientific programs where I can improve laboratory workflows, build data-driven systems, support compliance, and expand science education or research impact.

At Amgen Biotech Experience, I lead laboratory operations, equipment distribution, and professional development training for 100 educators supporting hands-on STEM learning.

I've designed a student internship program, created a bioinformatics curriculum for genomic data analysis, and managed around 20 lab interns conducting molecular biology experiments. I also maintain more than 50 partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and workforce investment boards.

At UC Davis Plant Sciences, I independently developed a bioinformatics project examining ancestral genomes across 288 Helianthus annuus variants. I built and optimized analysis pipelines using Python, R, Linux, Docker, and Singularity, while using statistical analysis and visualization to study genomic relationships.

My research background also includes molecular biology, clinical research data, laboratory compliance, and quality assurance at UC Davis Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai. I bring practical experience connecting technical lab workflows, data analysis, regulatory protocols, and cross-functional program execution.
