I’m an IT leader with over ten years of experience in biotechnology operations, focused on improving efficiency and quality through strong strategy and execution. I establish and support Agile methodology, drive Master Data Management, and lead enterprise-level initiatives including a Digital Asset Management platform. As a Director, I manage $1M+ budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor relationships while coordinating cross-departmental resources.
In my previous Senior Manager role, I was the Agile Product Owner and implementation lead for the multi-million dollar Stibo MDM system, building roadmaps and delivering quarterly executive updates. I also developed and drove adoption of a new product commercialization workflow, reducing time from 32 +/- 11 days to 16 +/- 5 days, and led automation of datasheet generation to improve time-to-market and free up a full headcount—supported by a background that began with scientific writing and research.
